Starkalakaar is a karaoke-based social entertainment platform that allows users to:

  • Select karaoke tracks and sing in audio or video mode
  • Record, upload, and share performances
  • Create and manage a personal profile
  • Follow other users and gain followers
  • Chat with your following or follwers users within the app
  • The App is intended solely for entertainment and creative expression.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 13 years of age.
  • Users under 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent.
  • Providing false age or identity information is strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate eligibility requirements.

3. User Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities performed through your account.
  • Sharing accounts or using another user’s account is not permitted.
  • Starkalakaar shall not be liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

5. User Content & License

You retain ownership of all content you upload (audio, video, images, text) By uploading content, you grant Starkalakaar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute the content within the App and for promotional purposes

You confirm that you have all necessary rights to upload the content.

We are not responsible for copyright violations committed by users.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT:

  • Upload illegal, abusive, hateful, violent, sexual, or obscene content.
  • Upload copyrighted content without authorization.
  • Impersonate any person or create fake accounts.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
  • Engage in fraud, spam, or misleading activity.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the App or its systems.

Violation may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination without notice.

7. Chat & Social Interaction

  • Users are solely responsible for their interactions and communications
  • Starkalakaar does not actively monitor private chats
  • Reported abuse or violations may result in action against the user

We are not liable for user-to-user interactions.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Starkalakaar reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts.
  • Remove any content.
  • Restrict access to features.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All App-related assets including:

  • App design
  • Logo
  • Branding
  • Source code

User interface are the exclusive property of Shivam Event Planner and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
  • We are not responsible for data loss, device damage, or network issues
